Green Tahini Hummus:
- 2 Tablespoons of Ako Tahini
- Half lemon juice
- ¾ cup water
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Cilantro
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 2 ½ cups of cooked chickpeas
Put all the ingredients in the Phillips Avance Collection Blender in the following order. Select the medium blend function. Blend it for 30 seconds before opening the lid and adding ¼ cup of water. Then blend for additional one minute. Taste the hummus to see if you need to add more salt or lime juice.
Just pour the Hummus into bowl and add sliced egg, roasted ¼ cup chickpeas on top with splash of olive oil.
